What should I do with the hollowed out space above my fireplace that was meant for a TV, which we will not have?                                               Kathy G of TN

Here are a couple of ideas. You could put in some floating shelves; one or two on each end, maybe one in the middle area with some colorful accessories and hardcover books. Or, you could cover the opening with a framed print.                                                                         Bethany
